Located in the heights of the village, the gentle gradient of the Les Mosses Fitness Trail makes it the perfect place for a regular exercise workout. Whether you walk it or run it, this training exercise will boost your oxygen levels as well as keep you in top form.
At just under 2km long this circuit trail cuts through the woods on a specially prepared Finnish forest track. It’s ideal for running and jogging which makes it very popular with the general public.
At 15 different stations along the way the recently renewed signposts explain in writing and pictures the 43 designated exercises for strength, endurance, mobility and balance. These sporting tasks are designed to hone and tone your body as well as improve your suppleness and agility.
Families with young children can also make the most of this trail. On a gentle stroll in the heart of nature the track becomes an instant playground. Possibilities are endless for an exciting game of hide and seek. And with any luck - and patience - you may even spot a few wild animals and birds.
