In Leysin, Elisa and Yves Barroud take special care of their ewes, for the greatest pleasure of lovers of local products. The Ateliers en Crettaz produce a range of organic food using the wholesome milk of some 30 sheeps. Cheese, yoghurts, soaps,… everything is good with a touch of sheep !

Témeley Cheese Farm and Café

At the midway point between Leysin and Berneuse the Témeley refreshment bar is also, in the Summer, an authentic artisanal cheesemaking farm. Only accessible on foot, its location protects and enhances the very nature of its surroundings. In winter, the refreshment bar, located along a snowshoe trail, offers a well-deserved break.
