Public bus service

Thanks to a well-established public transport system you can easily get around Aigle town without having to use your car. The frequency and punctuality of the bus service as well as the extensive routes all through the town encourages soft mobility.

Aigle’s local bus service is operated by Chablais Public Transport (TPC). To meet local needs, the system runs Monday to Saturday from morning ‘til night all year round.

The route covers the whole town starting out from the Market Place. Some 15 stops allow you to get out at the train station, the hospital, the old people’s home and the Pré-d’Emoz district as well as the industrial zone.

The Commune of Aigle is known as « Energy Town » and the public bus is one way to encourage soft mobility. Moreover the bus runs on natural gas.
