The Croix-Blanche has been reopened to the public thanks to Chef Stéphane Tock. The restaurant offers a menu card with an innovative and refined cuisine, but also some simpler dishes such as a large selection of hamburgers that are just as well prepared.
The menu cards makes gourmets weak in the knees: elegantly served pot-au-feu, salmon (gravlax) with vodka-laced fennel and frogs’ legs on a creamy garlic sauce.
The Croix Blanche also offers a pleasantly flowered terrace in the shade with comfortable design furniture. This restaurant is also ideal just to have a coffee and relax.
