The recently renovated Croix Blanche restaurant in Aigle specializes in offering fresh seasonal fare alongside an impressive array of burgers. The dynamic new look restaurant and terrace add a decorative vitamin boost to the mouthwatering taste sensation.
The Croix Blanche owes its impressive relaunch to chef Stéphane Tock whose innovative and refined menu also includes simple classics as well as a choice of burgers. Whatever the dish, each is prepared with equal care and attention.
In recognition of its quality, the Croix Blanche has just been given a 12 by the Gault & Miliau Guide. It’s enough to make a gourmet melt : an elegantly crafted stew, gravlax salmon cured with fennel and vodka as well as frogs legs in a garlic cream sauce are just a few of the temptations on the menu.
The Croix Blanche also offers diners a pretty floral terrace where they can eat al fresco in the shade. The comfortable and stylish designer tables and chairs make this an ideal outdoor venue for a relaxing coffee too.
