Aigle’s Fitness Trail is located in the Fahy Forest. With a gentle gradient it is an ideal circuit for a regular training workout. Whether you walk it or run it, this training exercise will boost your oxygen levels as well as keep you in top form.
At just over 1.5 km long, the circuit trail takes you on narrow pathways through the woods. It’s ideal for running and jogging which makes it very popular with the general public.
At 15 different stations along the way the recently renewed signposts explain in writing and pictures the 43 designated exercises for strength, endurance, mobility and balance. These sporting tasks are designed to hone and tone your body as well as improve your suppleness and agility.
Families with young children can also make the most of this nature park playground as they take a slow stroll along the trail. At the end of it they can look forward to resting a while in the picnic area by the Adventure Park.
