Every year the bread oven is fired up for its customary summer season.
On Thursdays a dedicated team of keen amateurs and volunteers knead and shape whole batches of traditional country-style loaves. Bringing extra spice to this weekly event, the farmers’ market stalls offer tempting regional produce such as vegetables, cheeses, cold meats and pastries. La Forclaz Development Society adds a festive touch with a free aperitif offered to all visitors.
