The estate, located in Ollon, in the Chablais appellation d'origine contrôlée, majestically overlooks the Rhône valley.
The vineyard area forms a single piece of land around the winegrower's house, a feature that gives the property a unique charm. The 6 hectares of vines on sunny slopes and terraces flourish on a rich terroir of clay-limestone rocks, marbled with gypsum strata. The work in the vineyard, the hand harvesting and the vinification are the artisanal expression of their authentic values and their passion for a job well done.
The estate was created in 1975, its cellar in 1990. Emile Blum first refined his famous Chasselas, then his Pinot Noir, in vats, in barrels and in Œil de Perdrix, a true bleeding rosé. In 1999, as a pioneer, he chose the atypical Viognier, a white grape variety that he sublimated from his first harvest in 2002. In 2005, Puissance cinq was born, a skilful blend of noble grape varieties that earned him a first place at the Grand Prix du Vin Suisse.
Since 2017, his daughter, Laurine, has been working alongside him.
