Lioson d'en Bas - N°9
Pleasant circuit trail with a slight climb and crossing of the Lioson d’en Bas plateau before going back down to the village. Nice tour under the afternoon sun.
Leaving from the Nordic House of the Alpes vaudoises, the path climbs through the chalets to the height of a road that must be crossed. Then the path continues straight ahead along the edge of the forest. Then it slowly leaves the edge of the forest to go around the Lioson plateau and heads towards a large mountain pasture.
The path then climbs up to the height of the reservoir (small chalet), before descending to the left and continuing to cross the Lioson plateau from below.
Once at the top of the village, the path goes straight down along the old ski lift. The descent is a bit steep but very pleasant with powder snow.
