Located in Villeneuve in vineyards that form part of the Chablais Vaudois, the Domaine Bertholet is a family business of winemakers that goes back 4 generations and is currently headed by Christophe Bertholet.
It produces the following wines for direct sale : Chasselas, Pinot noir, Rosé de Pinot noir, « Calinou » sweet wine, Sauvignon blanc, Gamay, Pinot noir aged in oak barrels, lie, marc and grape Eaux-de-vie . Cave Bertholet has an integrated production method (ecologically friendly) with a little over 3 hectares of vines in traditional goblet and guyot cultivation. Their wines are guaranteed pure without cutting or additives. All bottles sold are Controlled Designation of Origin Chablais.
Wine lovers are welcome to the visit the cellar or the vineyards. The Bertholet family also offers : refrigerated trailer, free delivery, wine on consignement for events, « Winesware » evenings, special labels, large bottles, gift ideas, photo competitions, etc.
