Since 1st of March 2021, the canton of Vaud has been reducing restrictions to combat Coronavirus. These new measures have also been applied to the two sports centres in Leysin.
Following the recent measures taken by the Council of State of the Canton of Vaud to relax the measures to combat Coronavirus (COVID-19), the following has been introduced at the sports centres of the ice rink and the swimming pool :
Sports Centre of the Ice Rink:
- Ice rink: open to the public for children and adults. Wearing a mask is compulsory if distances cannot be kept. Hockey remains forbidden.
- Sports hall: accessible for young people up to 20 years old. Masks must be worn from the age of 12.
- Aerobics room: accessible for young people up to 20 years old. Masks must be worn from the age of 12.
- Climbing wall: closed
- Curling: closed
- Football pitch: closed
- Outdoor street basketball court: closed
Swimming pool sports centre:
- Indoor tennis courts: open for young people up to 20 years old. Masks must be worn from the age of 12.
- Badminton: open for young people up to 20 years old. Masks must be worn from the age of 12.
- Climbing wall: accessible for children up to 20 years old.
- Swimming pool: closed
- Squash: closed
- Weight room: closed
- Boulder room: closed
